Zack and Miri Make a Porno (2008) [4/5]

Lovely, small, light comedy.

Wasn’t that impressed by Pineapple Express, so wasn’t expecting too much from this one either, but this one worked for me. There characters were more active, tried to achieve something (in their way).

Plus point for “I fucking hate this game-playing shit.”

Movie: Knowing (2009) [2/5]

There is nothing to like about this movie. It’s maybe the combination of the story and directing. Signs doesn’t have a great story either, but has lovely characters and heaps of tension instead of it.

Jo kis politikai/ujsagiros thriller. A hangulat es a szineszi jatek eladja a filmet, a tortenet nem tul eros, de eleg erdekes ahhoz hogy ne okozzon gondot.

Movie: District 9 (4.9/5)

Loved it!

Good+strong story, great visuals. Humans are humans (greedy, beastly, arrogant, naive), aliens are not too aliens, but it doesn’t really matter, their purpose is to be different, the story concentrates on the human reaction.

Not 5 star because I almost got sick watching it. The camera is shaking like crazy, which I guess is part of the documentary style, but I hate it (ruined Public Enemies too).
